In the bay of St. Jernej there is a very popular natural grass beach, which attracts mainly nature-conscious swimmers.

The beach is located just a stone's throw from the Slovenian-Italian border and is the last beach on Slovenian territory. Visitors with pets are also welcome on the beach, and there is also a parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
